Meet the Attorneys

BenjaminEPool_headshot2Benjamin E. Pool was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. He has an undergraduate degree from Auburn University and is a graduate of the University of Alabama Law School where he received a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Pool served as a law clerk to the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals before beginning the private practice of law in Montgomery in 1973.

Mr. Pool has over 30 years of experience in handling a variety of cases. He handles cases in both Federal and State courts, both at the trial and appellate levels. In addition to being a practicing attorney, Mr. Pool was a professor of criminal law and criminal procedure at Jones Law School for 12 years, and has taught business law at Huntington College. Mr. Pool presently serves as a Municipal Judge, which he has done for over 25 years.


Gregory M. Pool was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Speech Communication. He then graduated from Jones School of Law at Faulkner University where he received a Juris Doctor degree. After law school Mr. Pool served as a law clerk to the Honorable A. Kelli Wise on the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals.

Mr. Pool has experience handling a variety of civil and criminal cases in municipal, state and federal courts. Outside the practice of law, Mr. Pool is actively involved in the community. He serves on the Associate Council of the Family Sunshine Center, the Board of Directors for the Young Montgomery Business Club and is an Ambassador for the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce.
